Practicum Project: National Chain Retailer Attraction Plan
The project objective is to attract a national retailer and identify an optimal location for it in Downtown Rochester with consideration of economic status, demographic attributes and business opportunities. Methodologies included quantitative and qualitative research: data augmentation, peer city comparable analysis, descriptive analysis, predictive modeling, and final pitch deck. Internal Consulting: Mad Hatter Growth Strategy
To help ameliorate the performance of the local restaurant Mad Hatter and capture a larger share of the market, we recommend opening a second branch in Pittsford in the optimal location, along with Product Improvements, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Online & offline strategies against COVID-19.
